Description

Laccha Paratha is a flaky, layered Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour. It’s crisp on the outside and soft inside, created by folding and rolling the dough multiple times. Cooked with ghee or butter, it pairs wonderfully with rich gravies and curries.
